Gary. I agree that "a piece of the Jouett will always be with every crewmember that ever walked her decks" and I also know that "a piece of every crewmembers soul now rests with her". As we walked her decks, ate her chow, slept in her racks and stood her watchs we became a part of her as much as she became a part of us. My hat is off in reverence to a great lady that made a difference in my life.
