I too am looking for documentation to supplement my service record. Served onboard for both WestPac '90 and '92. This document seems to reflect the awards up through 1990, but nothing beyond (at least for the Jouett). I had heard after I left the ship after the 1994 Decom that we were posthumously (sp?) awarded the Kuwait Liberation medal. I also heard that sometime between 1990 and the 1994 decom, we achieved the battle 'E'. I am a reservist now and have struggled with attempting to find ways to document and confirm these facts. Any info anyone has would certainly be appreciated. Also, in the 1650 document, I assume the two awards for the time periods in 1990 are SouthWest Asia Service Medal and Navy Unit Commendation? TIA
