Joe let me into the club, whistled and said "Emma, you should wear your uniform more often!" taking in my air hostess uniform appreciatively. I kissed him on the cheek and hugged him as I always did with Joe and Fred. They were always so protective and nice to me and the other girls. "Rrahh" I said clawing the air "Where is she? I wanted to look sexy for her!" Joe, who is a dear, simple, big, tough, man, looked nonplussed. "The 'meeting' " I prompted, clawing the air again. "Oh that" he said "Thats just us." "Oh f---" I said, disappointed. "Don't worry." he said grinning "There's a fight in it for you, sure enough!" We sat around the table in the interview room with coffee. The manager, Fred, Joe and me. This had never happened before and I was very curious, particularly given Joe's comment in the hall. The manager spoke "We've been working on an idea for a while. You know Emma about our main competitors?" I nodded, I'd been there and checked it out but didn't like the atmosphere and had made the easy decision to work here instead. "Well they've had two big catfight nights there recently and have a new champion whose meant to be pretty good. I thought you might like to challenge her to come here for a fight!" My pussy started to go damp. "Yes, very much so. Who says she's pretty good?" The manager grinned and said "I sent Fred and Joe along to their nights to check them out!" I swallowed. THAT was a big investment. This was serious! Fred said "Emma, even after Anastasia, Joe and I reckon your chances are only 50:50. She is THAT good, darling. She knows a lot of karate, boxing, the works. You have to know that." From the hard sideways look he gave our shifty manager I knew that was meant to have been spelt out BEFORE I was asked to challenge her. "Dear Fred, Dear Joe, I love the way you try to protect me from myself! I've been looking for that fight all my life. I'd really like to meet the woman who can beat me!" I said. "That's the spirit, Emma!" said the manager, trying to rah-rah. "The only question is whether it should be a champions catfight only or whether we should challenge all five of their girls to a full house tournament! The answer to that basically depends on whether Victoria will fight one last time before she regrettably leaves us. Here are Fred and Joe's odds." He said pushing two pieces of paper towards me. They read: Emma v Sue 50:50 Victoria v Caroline 50:50 Dawn v Alison 60:40 Sarah v Simone 60:40 Felicity v Sally 70:30 Emma v Sue 50:50 Dawn v Caroline 40:60 Sarah v Alison 30:70 Felicity v Simone 30:70 Bethany v Sally 50:50 "Yes, I agree." I said "Or maybe just a curtain raiser with Bethany and Sally. I'll talk to Victoria. I know she'll want to, particularly if Fred and Joe reckon it will be that close between her and Caroline. I know she wants to test herself in a fight like that as much as I do. The problem will be Roger. And timing. How soon can you set this up? You'll need to negotiate with the other club I suppose?" "All taken care of." said the manager smoothly. "We can do it next week if you like. We'll tell the girls tommorrow night." "Just a suggestion." I said "Why don't you invite the other girls over tommorrow night for a wrestling challenge first. You get two bites at the cherry that way and give it a bit of a build up. Also it gives all our girls a fair chance to size up their potential opponents before they decide whether to participate. Challenges for the catfights can be issued after the wrestling, in front of the audience!" Some of Victoria's showmanship had rubbed off on me! "Great idea!" said Fred. "Yes, all right, I'll put it together." said the manager. He would be busy on the phone, I thought! I rang Victoria when I got back to the flat "Who gives a f--- what Roger thinks?" she said "I only promised to stop catfighting AFTER the wedding. If you're going to fight that night I want to fight too. Wow do they really think both our fights will be that close! We're really going to have to inspire each other darling! I'm coming round now to f--- you and I'll stay with you rather than Roger until the fights are over!" That settled it!
