It was interesting to note, that whilst the recievership thing was going on, the supporters were focused on this, lifting the pressure off the team. The team were left to get on with playing, there were many comments of the ilk "I wouldn't blame them if they rolled over" and " They only have there futures to play for now, the way they are playing at least they'll get noticed" The team (who weren't expected to do well)remained focused on what Tatey expected of them and succeeded. It is too easy to get wrapped up in issues that we have little influence over or over indulge in side issues. The best thing for us the supporters to do is get behind the team, make a noise through the match and do something to lift the side, it's what we do best. I hope, that the programme has the effect that it will make for a good read before the match and help put everyone in a good frame of mind to cheer on the team. The players showed they can compete with the best( both Dorchester and Eastbourne at home, lost 1-0 to both but we were the better team on both occasions)and do well. The new signings will give that extra edge this year, with a bigger squad, the hunger will be there to play well when given the chance. Last season, the squad was reduced as such that the team picked itself on many occasions, and if somebody wasn't playing well, they'd still play they following match. Success and failure have one thing in common-they are both infectious.

Big D you could be right, the line that divides a good season and a bad season can be quite fine. The mind-set of people has to be right for things to work. Last season the players and supporters had no confidence in RR and we all know what happened, then there were the off-field issues.
