Posted by big al on 16/6/2003, 10:29 pm, in reply to "non league programme awards" Dave Bingham is also doing his bit also, he doesn't have internet access but he's done a lot of work during the pre-season and has been to mine to type up, discuss ideas and generally get things to take shape. The articals he's been writing are both interesting and original. Whilst we've been beavering around getting things up together, we haven't lost sight of the fact that its being written by fans for fans. It would be a great help if anybody wants to write an article, donate some time or make suggestions about what you would like to see in it. The club have been good enough to let us produce it, and yes I know they will see alot of the monies raised on it so why shouldn't they let us do it. Well it is also a trust thing also, they've trusted us to do the club proud and I believe that we will. We don't want to do the club down, the past is the past warts and all. Dave and I believe its time to move forward and the best way of doing this is to work WITH the club and show that we care enough to want it to work. Dave and I are also discussing a fund raising event that will hopefully take place at the end of October, there are a few thing to decide upon and people to talk to. Speaking of people to talk to, if there is any business out there that wishes to advertise in the programme, theres still time.

Hope you're right snowy, Sheffield Utd have already have sent tons of stuff for the Pre-season friendly, this doesn't include the pen pics as they have some changes going on at present (as we all have)
