Posted by Ash Since then, I have been approached by my colleagues from the National Association of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Community Centers' (NALGBTCC) to host their "General Health and Wellness Survey". This study is now active at Trans-Forum Research's ongoing study page: http://www.trans-forumresearch.com/ongoingstudies.htm Data collected through this study will be used to further gender and sexuality research and develop LGBT communities' efforts. While the "General Health and Wellness Survey" is a rather extensive, covering a number of LGBT issues, it will only take 15-20 minutes of your time to complete. I would be very grateful to you if you would be willing to spare the time to complete the survey. No user information is tracked through the study. Any email addresses shared at the end of the survey will be used strictly for the purpose that respondents have been willing to share them. ONLY TRANS-FORUM RESEARCH has access to email/contact information shared by respondents. No email addresses or contacts will be shared with any third-parties. As a token of gratitude for your participation, this study will offer a modest prize incentive. Trans-Forum Research will hold a random drawing for a prize. To enter the prize drawing please provide Trans-Forum Research with your email address in the "Enter for Prize Drawing" field at the end of the "General Health and Wellness Survey". The winner will be notified directly via email. Any email addresses provided within this section of the survey will only be used to establish contact regarding prize information. Email addresses provided to enter the prize drawings WILL NOT be used to establish contact regarding Trans-Forum Research's study information. Please feel free to contact me for any questions or comments at: administrator@trans-forumresearch.com. With many thanks for your interest and participation! I hope you're all doing very well. I am the founder of Trans-Forum Research -- an online research laboratory that specializes in research on LGBT issues. I am still in the process of setting up the Trans-Forum Research lab and hope that in time it evolves, based on the research needs of the community. The lab has been set up in collaboration with several LGBT researchers and medical professionals around the globe. I myself am a behavioral researcher with a PhD in behavioral sciences and am working on research in LGBT issues for the US Department of Health. I very recently posted the site's first couple of surveys, in April.
