Thanks! ![]()
I don't know how to write this surname in turkish.
It is pronounced [mais] (like english plural form of "mouse" - "mice").
: The Turkish suffix maz/mez when added to the
: end of a verb generates an adjective with the
: opposite meaning of the verb.
: "Yilmak" means to give up, but
: "Yilmaz" means a person who is
: resolute, who won't give up whatever he/she
: may be doing.
: But Misemaz doesn't mean anything in Turkish.
: In fact, if it were Turkish, it would be
: "misemez".

: Kubilay Türkyilmaz (Swiss/Turkey footballer)
: -
: does it mean Türk Yilmaz? What is
: "Yilmaz"? It's very common surname
: as I see.
: I am trying to find possible turkish origin
: of surname (read it in English) Misemaz.
