: I am looking for a location that is or was
: near the Greece/Turkish border. My
: father-in-law, Nicholas Papazoglou
: emmigrated to the US in 1912. On his ship
: manifest he stated his place of birth as
: Tsaknohori, Turkey. Twenty years later in
: his naturalization papers he listed his
: birthplace as Thaknokory, Hnasilitsos,
: Greece. The border changed often when he was
: a young man, he also spoke of the
: Dardenelles. Does anyone have any idea where
: this area is specifically?
