I have purchased 2" lay-flat hose, feeder line tubing, tape fittings and drip tape, but have nothing to attach the 2" hose to my water supply (3/4" PVC sch. 40 pipe). Also, I need a pressure regulating valve to keep the pressure at 5 to 8 pounds per square inch for my drip tape. Will the pressure gauges on page 94 of your catalog work? What do they attach to? Is there another pressure regulating valve that will work? And where do you place it on your irrigation line? I have a water line running under ground to my fields and a line coming out of the ground with a water bib attached that I can attach a water hose
to. Would it be easier to attach the lay-flat hose to the water hose or to the PVC pipe? I am a first time user of this system and I thought I could figure it out from the book I was reading "Backyard Market Gardening", but I can not. The author mentions buying his watering system from Zimmerman Irrigation in Mifflinburg, Pa., so I looked you up on the Web. I purchased my irrigation supplies from a local company in Mississippi that sales Irrigation supplies for lawns, they just started carrying the items I mentioned above and have no idea how it works. Could your tell me what I need, so I can purchase them from your catalog, as soon as possible?
