We have your kit A for a new garden area, we get 10 GPM from the hydrant and we have 15' of 16mm tubing with 9 runs, 100' in length. It seems to be wetting the soil to the end, how much more tape can we add on to this before it needs another zone. How long do we need to run water to get 1" per week?
We also are using some of this drip tape for another section of the garden, we are using the 12" and another drip tape by Toro with the slits at 8"apart, the same 10 GPM at the hydrant and then we are using a timer and splitting into 2 sections, one section is 100' of the 16mm tubing from hydrant that came in the kit with (38)- 28' runs 30" apart. The other section is 100' of 16mm tubing with (38)- 35' runs. How long do we need to run water to get 1" per week. We have a filter and pressure regulator on this section that is rated 10-20 PSI.
Tests show we have enough organic matter in this sandy soil.
I hope I have included all the information you need.
Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, PJ
