For your purpose you might consider a non pressure compensating tubing. A tank at 20' of elevation will not produce enough pressure to have any effect on PC tubing like Uni-Ram. Perhaps even a heavy wall tape like T-Tape or Typhoon. The output you will get will be unpredictable and eratic, though. Even so, as long as you keep your lengths of run short it will still have desirable results compared with other methods. I hope this offered some hope.
