For 1" oval hose you would use a barbed connector(AGP-007 on page 17). For 1" PVC Pipe you would use a combination tee (402-130 on page 80) and a threaded adaptor (AGP-002 on page 17). For 1" HD or MD Poly Pipe you would use a combination tee (1402-130 on page 82) with clamps (6816 on page 84) with the same threaded adaptor (AGP-002 on page 17). As to our pricing, our catalog is still pretty up to date. If you haven't seen it, you can download the PDF format from our web site home page at www.trickl-eez.com or call and request one be mailed. I hope this helps! TRICKL-EEZ Company --Previous Message--

Well, I'm not sure what I can add! You seem to have it very well thought out. The 12" spacing is appropriate, and your other thoughts seem sound.
: I have about an acre of vegetables, tomatos,
: eggplant, peppers, squash, zuchinni and
: cucumbers, all grown under 3 foot wide
: fabric. I have no irrigation and need to set
: some up. I would like to use drip tape under
: the fabric. I have a dug well i can pump out
: of about 200 feet from the fields. Slope is
: not an issue as it is relatively flat. my
: rows are under 100 foot in length and i
: would like to zone the system so that there
: would be approximately 500 feet of drip tape
: per zone. i will likely start with a manual
: system. i am Rhode Island and have a very
: loamy soil with good water holding capicity.
: i have a shallow well pump an am wondering
: if it will be adequate to use. i am assuming
: that i need to maintain 10 to 15 psi out of
: it to the mainfold ? the dug well i have i
: am un certain of the volume i can pull over
: a lenght of time. So i am planning to start
: by figuring my zones at 500 feet of 8 mil
: 5/8 tape with .22 emitters at 12 inch
: spacing and run for 1 hour each zone to
: limit withdrawl to the 120 gallons (or so)
: per zone and run at different times to allow
: for recharge in the well. This will, if it
: works correctly, allow me to water each zone
: at least 2 to three times per week and still
: simulate a 1 inch rainfall. although a
: little crude it will at least let me be more
: consistent than depending on rainfall alone.
: any ideas or insight you may have would be
: helpful. I also need to know what materials
: i would need to go from the 1 inch plastic
: supply line to the drip tape zones and your
: pricing. If you need more info please let me
: know and i wil gladly discuss.
: tomatos are single row per 3 foot wide
: fabric rows.peppers, eggplant, and the
: curbits are double row per 3 foot wide
: fabric rows. for the double row do i need to
: run 1 or 2 lines of drip tape?
