thats awesome, ive only just bought a metal detector myself. ive paned for gold in ontario with mining dust, but im starting to do research about sooke jordan river area,and im going to start there. ive been on the island since 2004, and ive only just got half of my rocks from ontario.ive heard there are islands with geode coves, do you no of these, any info would be great
