They were mainly known for their ornate interor lamps, but I have one of these that is marked simply Rochester. It is identical, with the spring wires belayed to the burner gallery, in which the spring tension holds the globe down and reverses to hold it in the up-position.
This appears to be an improved version via the added thumb-lift and the offset fill. I would appreciate a picture of the bottom to better determine a date on this.
