This is one of the ones marked "BUG CO", I know another encountered marking on the few used in the US is Con Edison. From what I'd been able to gather in sketchy research, Chalwyn tried briefly to make inroads in the US market against Embury with this model as a long-burning warning lantern.
It's in shockingly good shape. There was a little rust in the corner of the tank, which is full of evapo-rust right now to get rid of that. (Great stuff for soaking burners, too...rust just leaves, and it's nontoxic). Otherwise, there's zero rust in the chimney, and none in the air chamber.
As a happy coincidence, globes made for the modern Chinese "Dietz Original" will fit this, I'll be putting one of those in for display and lock up the original Chalwyn for safekeeping!
