The Rayo globe is much older than the lantern, but will fit and perform in the Blizzard; and there's nothing wrong with that; it's just not the original globe for the lantern. It would have had a Fitzall Loc-Nob marked REGD IN USA or SYRACUSE. Your Blizzard is the streamline style in the gray painted wartime version 1942-1947. You may be able to read the actual production date stamped into the right tube under a list of patents. BB
