Nice looking Rayo. Someone though it might be the Rayo fire lantern, but its not. The No 99 was a fire lantern with a brass font.I have one. You might try a little heat on the cap and the burner to break them loose. Use a mini torch so not to over heat. Good luck with the loosening. Louis
