#300 street lamp back "online"

This story is a long one spanning several months.
I will post the story a bit at a time, but my Kirkman #300 street lamp is "back online"..
The improved wind resistance is still being evaluated. I'm not sure what it will take yet because I havn't had a strong enough wind yet to "take it out".
It is definitely OK at 35+ MPH now.
