You know what happened? It was that the Rochester didn't click for some reason.
After I got home, I was thinking ... wait a minute, Embury was in Warsaw. Oh yeah ... so the Rochester would be pre-Warsaw. Wow, that's old!
But by then it was too late to do anything about it.
I'm sure I'll eventually stop beating myself up over it.
Like the time I could have bought one of the very first Buick Grand Nationals. (Before they were even black)
I could have had it for four grand and change, but I passed on it.
A couple of years later, I found out they only made about two hundred of them, and only about twenty with the turbo motor. (Which this one had)
That happened in the late 1980's, and I'm almost over that! OK, maybe not.
To add insult to injury, the guy who did buy it wrecked it!
