While looking over the site I realized that we were at the 1,000 message mark which is the maximum the message board would keep before automatically deleting older messages. This was only keeping messages back to July 2007 so I bumped the board up to the next level which is the 2,500 message limit to keep from losing any more of the older messages. I hope this will be beneficial to those doing a search for some of the knowledge shared by others.
