Two are like yours, small fill with thin red paint that had released over time and the LIBERTY mark is on the left side of the fill hole. I have other small fill variations with LIBERTY marked on the right side. Most of my LIBERTY's are painted black, I guess by the owner as it does not look factory. On the ones with the 13/16 coarse thread filler and the 7/8 fine thread filler, the LIBERTY mark is on the right side of the filler. Only two of mine do not have the unusual bail. I also have the D-Lite and Junior versions of the LIBERTY lantern with the unusual bail. The D-Lite version looks exactly like your LIBERTY, but it is marked ATLANTIC, No 451 COLD BLAST.
The hot blast LIBERTY's that I have are equally unusual with unique globe guards, globe retainers, and bails.
