After further analysis, i see that the Crescent shown above is 1912-1914. The Dietz bulb ring is an earlier adaptation, like the Ham ring, but not the same as would have been acquired in the Ham takeover by Dietz. The Dietz ring is a scaled-down version of the Ham and almost a full gauge smaller wire.

If by "similar" you mean that your Blizzard has plain unreinforced tubes, then it's 1909 or earlier and has a small 9/16" fill and the globe lift lever is on the outside of the right tube. Such a lantern generally sells in the $50 to $100 range depending on condition and can sell for more if it has the original Blizzard cold blast globe. Post a pic if you want to know more.
