No.0 Regal lantern

I just got a lantern marked No.0 Regal on the tank. Its a hot blast lantern, can anyone tell me anything about it? Also it has an aluminum one piece stamped fuel cap, could the cap be original? It has patent dates July 29 1890 and June 30 1907.
