Can't say I've seen one of those before, but it's definitely Prisco made. Like all cold blasts, it can be identified by the lift, globe wires, bail, and pull ring. That lift lever design is a Prisco exclusive. The wicket globe wires are not as rounded as used by Defiance, but the same as was abandoned by Embury in 1910 before leaving Rochester and are typical Prisco. The plain bail is typical Prisco and the pull ring should be a "D" shape which was a Rayo signature part used in lieu of the regular Trunco (truncated circle) used on Prisco lanterns. Some Rayo's do have the Prisco ring in their production run, but I haven't pinned-down when that was, yet. Given the odd model number, I would put it at the end of the Prisco era at 1917-1919. BB
