Sounds like your lantern was made by the Ontario Lantern & Lamp Co. of Hamilton, Canada. I have an old catalog cut that shows the Banner Buggy lantern that appears very similar to yours. I cannot find a cut of the Ideal Banner Junior. I will scan a copy and email it to you. Perhaps it will help in your search.
