I have a lantern that has "Ideal Banner Junior" stamped in the very top. The globe also has the words "Banner Junior-windproof" inside a hanging banner. There is a 'shield'? with a round piece of red glass in the center, attached to one side. Attached to the 'shield'? is a squared piece of metal which is attached on it's other side to the tubular frame. There is a thick, convex piece of glass inside, above the wick. There is a lever, on the outside, which raises and lowers this piece of glass. I can not find any reference to this lantern on the internet. Does anyone know what I have? Is there any history to this item? Thank you all, in advance, for your time.
