Steve, your detective skills are acknowledged. Yes, I am the one that outbid you on the orange Seattle Engineering Dept. No. 100 last week. If you had bid again you would now be the owner. Our maximum bids were extremely close. Thanks for allowing me to obtain my first No. 100.
