Hi all, I have 2 of the lights that I got from the swat meet. Neo Flasher Mfg. Co. Burbank Calif. Model AS 19661. They don't have the neon tubes. They have the 1850 mini bay light bulb just like the barricade lights. They are painted yellow and have a small round light cover. One has a red lense and the other is green. John Bensch told me they were probably used at an airport for runway lights at one time. They use a 6-volt plug in socket battery that were also used for some of the old barricade lights during the 50's and 60's. They also have a toggle switch on the side that will either make them flash or a steady burn. The neo flasher I gave John I got off ebay. And since he has the metal barricade it's only right for him to have the light for his barricade to make it complete. The neo flashers I have I paid $20 for both. And they work great for there age.
