Hi Steve,
The Adlake #300 fount will fit, as will most Dietz, Dressel and Handlan R.R. lantern founts, by this time most R.R. lantern founts were a standard size and were interchangeable. The Adlake Kero globes were made specifically for Adlake lanterns but are a standard size, I've never seen any globes marked Dressel either, the globes were contracted out to glass manufacturers like Kopp, Corning and others and were a standard size also. They did however have burners and founts marked Dressel, they do show up on eBay once in a while but not frequently.
