If you were at Louisville,KY in both 1969-70 you saw this tractor win the 5000 lb class.1st place was $1,000 each time.
Pictured is the Firebug I Wards puller pulled by Larry Hill from Pleasant Hill,Ill.The other tractor on the truck is the Firebug II Wards pulled by Ronnie Hill.It had twin Corvair turbos.
I took this picture in 1969 at Pleasant Hill,Ill.
