well i tested my 5 year old and she tested good hips my 8 year old is getting past her time to breed . i never sent it in i ask my vet and she said i could . the main reason is the money and people don't know much about a dog just feed it . they are probably don't plan on having pups so they don't care . i have been breeding raising and training dogs for my self for 31 years and i seen people with a yard full of dogs and don't know what to do with them . a real dog man will do anything that is best for the dogs but people have to live and breath dogs first until they will do the right thing . i don't know for sure but maybe some people have some papers but them may not be in there name . i saw this in the dogs from arizona .i saw papers but in someone elses name .
