in the united kingdom they have to register UKC . the german dogs are starting to get back to were they used to be . for 40 + years they were looking at conformation more than tracking that is why most germans that want tracking dogs will get them from other countries . but the BGS club is located there and they do a good job . UKC is now getting into registering the dogs and like anyone they need help to set up there testing system . and they will double register them . they want take away the fci papers they only will register them if they are register under your name with the correct fci papers . and you will find UKC feild trails in most states so people want have to travel so far to the shows .my dogs are register fci but if UKC had the test there is no reason not to show a dog at there feild trail if there is not a club close to you to do so .
