put some blood every meter . 1 ounce is enough to dog a mile and a half or more . go to the vet and ask if they have a 1 ounce bottle with a eye dropper . would your dog is first starting out you can put 4-5 drops every meter . if you use track laying shoes you can use 2-4 drops every meter . the more you train then you can use use at 50-100 meters into your track . good luck
