I just got a call from a tracker who lives by Albany, NY. Paul is going through a huge crisis in his personal life (it is a very long story but the trouble started when a contractor who was building Paul's house ran away with Paul's money). The bottom line is that Paul needs to find a new home for the two dogs he has. He will be moving to North Carolina in 2 weeks. The dogs, wirehaired dachshunds, brother and sister, are littermates and almost 9 years old. Alec has been used for blood tracking successfully - he is a good dog, in a good shape. His sister Angel has not been used for tracking, and I believe that the dogs do not need to be placed in the same home. We are not the dogs' breeders but their parents are out of our breeding: the sire is FC Turbo von Moosbach-Zuzelek aka Sherman, and a dam is Serena von Moosbach-Zuzelek (Sabina's sister).
