Thanks for the link! I was already familiar with this site but it was a good refresher. Here it insinuates that a mini would be needed for underground work but it doesn't really specify.

If a mini is needed then could they be used for rabbit hunting (esp. in the snow)? I understand for bloodtracking it is preferable to use a standard but from John's book it is evident that minis have been successfully used.
