Is it possible to have 1 dog for flushing/trailing rabbits, going to ground for woodchucks/vermin and bloodtracking??

Is 1 dog capable of doing the 3 decently?

I understand the working teckel has been used for all 3 functions, but would the training for one interfere with the other?
