we have a problem here in texas because you can't shot a deer at night and they don't want you to carry a gun at night . but i told 1 game warden that i would always have a pistol on me because i'm handicap and i'm not letting a boar or javalina or mountain lion get on me . he told me he would get me but i told him i talked to the head warden of texas in austin and he said i could have a pistol with hogs and hunt all night . but please put the deer down with a knife . then he had nothing to say so it's always good to talk with the main warden in the state and he can answer all your questions .
