The way it was explained to me is that in areas where they were allowed to run dogs then you could track in those areas. but not at night and not with a weapon. But the rest of the areas it was illegal. I am glad the game warden in your area looks at it in a favorable way. It still would be best if the law stated irefutable that it was allowed. Never know when you might get a new person in there or someone covering for this GW and they might see it differently. Yes you might be able to get out of it but oh what problems. I will see if I can find more info on what is up with the group trying to get it legalized all over.
