Get organized as a hunting body. You will want to see where the Virgina DNR stands. if they are against it that is where you will need to start. Find some board members that are willing to listed and possably be willing to come somewhere to see a demostration. Get up some funds and purchase several copies of John's book then place it in the hands of board members or legislators you are trying to influence. UBT can help you put on demonstrations by finding someone who is willing to come with their dog and do tracks, talk and answer questions.
