no just the lead rope catches i found . the tracking collars they have are weighted just alittle to keep the swivel straight up . if you don't want a harness use 2 collars . 1 around the neck and 1 around the stomach . hook the lead under the dog's neck and under the stomach put the collar around the stomach and run the lead under the collar and hind legs .
