On Sunday, February 4, 2007, at 10:30 AM, I found a lost blood hound on Hwy. 90 and Spur 10 about 10 miles west of Rosenberg, Texas. I picked up the dog and have the dog in one of my dog runs at my house. The hound is a male and is brown in color. I believe the dog must be used for hunting hogs or tracking. The dog has a freeze mark in the shape of a diamond on the left shoulder and on the left ear. The dog had a shock collar and a radio collar on. The radio collar has a number marked in black marks-a-lot and has other numbers etched on it. I need some information on how to go to a data base or somewhere else to see if I can determine the owner by the numbers etched on the Radio Collar. Please give me some advice. Thanks.
