just put the extra collar on the dog like you would put it on yourself . then run the lead rope under and between the back legs and under the collar . keep going under the belly until you get to the collar on the neck and hook it to the eyelet on the collar . the lead rope will be under the dog so you can pull the head down . this way you can slow them down and it works like a harness .
