Yes it was a battle scene. Specifically Season 3 "And Make Death Proud to take us" the scene near the end in the dark after McKay had to fly away because of heavy fire. First Purcell took down that guy and took his gun away, but the scene in the wonder years showed the part where Sarge took those NVA grenades and tossed em as those other guys came up, very quick lasted about two seconds. I accidenlty deleted the DVR, but for those who are curious it was the episode where Fred Savage wa trying out for the school baseball team, the coach and his dad fought in Korea together, i believe its from the second season.
: That's weird- maybe because they were both on
: CBS it was easier than using real Vietnam
: footage (since the network already owned
: it)? Was it a battle scene?

: It's been such a long time since i posted on
: this message board, but I wanted to ask a
: question and share an observation.
:
: First question actually has to do with
: Prison Break on Fox. This past season, the
: guy who played T-bag, was he also the guy
: who was in that one TOD episode in the first
: season where the racial situation got out of
: hand. More in particular, he was the guy
: that sarge like put in a choke hold for
: laughing after sarge knocked down that black
: Sgt during the whole racial situation.
:
: Second is my observation, i saw a clip of
: TOD on the Wonder years TV show. It was an
: episode where Kevin (Fred Savage) was trying
: out for the school baseball team and he was
: imganing his dad back in Korea and it showed
: a clip from "And Make Death Proud to
: Take us"
