Hey Tim,
1. I would support ANY effort to open a track.
2. Bring a car and race, spectate,help run the track, pay ANY reasonable entry fee, etc.
3. In order to get the real racers back and sustain a program your gonna have to have real timing equipment and a race for dollars program.
4. Run what you brung, T/O, race your buddy are fine for some but the real racers who will support your track every week want "real" racing.
