WELL PUT BILL POPS SMITH AND I DO WANT A RACE TRACK HERE IN THE AV THAT IS THE CITYS GET THERE HEADS OUT OF THERE ASSHOLES AND OPEN THERE EYES AND CUT THE RED TAPE AND CLEAR THE WAY AND SAY HERES THE LAND AND BUILD THE RACE TRACK ANDY INTHE WATER BOX AT WHAT USED TO BE LACR P.S.
