I have experience with the city of Hesperia and work for the city of Victorville. I am also a fellow drag racer who misses LACR. Have you guys thought about trying to get land this way? Maybe Phelan, Victorville, Hesperia, I personally know of drag racers who are in charge of economic departments in Hesperia.
