Hey Jeff. This is interesting, but you know we have been duped before by the Cities of Lancaster and Palmdale and the County. But at the same time maybe having a fresh ear to listen to our proposal, we might get someone in Local Government to at least take an active roll in helping us make this happen. Bottom line is, it's worth a shot and who knows something might come of it. If you want to give this guy a call I say go for it.
