Dear Paul:
The Mayor has asked me to contact you regarding your email, dated May 22, 2009, concerning the closure of LACR and the lack of an alternative venue. I have two questions for you. What type of help are you looking for from the City? What are you and your group prepared to do to make something happen?
Currently, the City is not planning to build a race track of any type and there are a number of approved City projects that still require funding. This type of project might be something the Fairgrounds would be interested in.
