I WAS there from the beggining.
I guess you didnt know that the "small time con man" had pro racer/world champion drag racer Larry Minor on board the puchase ALL 100 acers. Larry Minor has a BILLION in assets ,do you think for a ####ing second their going to con this guy, he liked the idea and WOULD OWN THE LAND GIVING THEM A 30 YEAR LEASE !!But then you dont let facts get in the way do you. I WAS THERE AT LARRYS HOME! , at his Party were you??????.
If you guys did your freaking homework you would have known the BAA (Tom Searels,Doug Moorhead & John Saunders who bought the land) took over controll of the project 3 years ago. But you didnt bother to check that did you. I also spoke with Saunders & Searels at diiferent times. THE MORROCCOs signed their rights away to to project 3 years ago so the ####ing track would get built as promised by Searels.They would be management for the track and partners,They signed away their dream just to get it done as Tom said they would do "no problem , this is what we do, build things"The Morroccos aproched Saunders after Tom couldnt get the "backing he needed to built the track" You see boys "Builders" DONT use there own money, they use other peoples money and John Saunders is also a smart man with a billion in assets.When the "Sunset clause"was getting close , The Morroccos aproched John and said they had someone to buy ALL the property (Larry) and that would get John of the hook after promising the city to "Build a first class racing facility" .Tom asked John for more time so he could get investers,Larry in the mean time had a TIME FRAME IN WHICH TO USE THIS MONEY! Tom was still unable to secure the backing he needed, Larry had to pull out. The Morroccos a the last second "got back"BAA to themselfs and then got screwd by the city . I WAS THER WERE YOU? Eric Vail stated to the planning commision "Banning paid for the road and offside improvements, lights,sewer,gas.water" Andy then stood up and PRODUCED 10 CANCELLED CHECKS TOTALING OVER $ 190,000 . ERIC DIDN'T HAVE A COMEBACK FOR THAT !!!! I dont recall seeing you guys there? The people suing the Morroccos are the same people that tried a hostil takeover of Full Throttle News.The Luna's ,The Alt's & Rick Rogers.The Lunas & Rogers are now being audited from a lawer about "Ad's that were taking out in trade" instead of selling an ad and getting the agreed upon 20% commision. No monies were making it to Richard at Full Throttle news,it is alleged.
Richard Heath owns ####ing NOTHING! ,He lost his house trying to keep the B&W Full Throttle going. He lives in a one room Bachlor pad. I helped him move his shit years ago. I dont remember seeing you guys there helping this guy,whos only wish is to put you pudknockers in a magazine that you might not ortherwise get a chance to be in dickwad.As far as Ron & Andy ,They are liquidateing their assets and intend to pay off the people that bought signage and the others. The Morroccos offerd to pay what was "owed" but the sueing parties didnt take it ,Whats with that. Oh they are also sueing Tom Searels who is out of the freaking picture. The fact is you can sue anyone for anything .You guys really know all the facts like the FAA property taking 5 YEARS to get and the "City Contract and it's provisions about the project, Ive got a copy of it do you guys? read the clause about" circumstances outside the controll of BOTH PARTIES" but I'm sure you can check your copy. Hey guys how about the "Burrowing Owl's" (see above clause) the Morroccos paid $17,000 to have the birds removed by Fish & Game, THEY WERE ON CITY LAND NOT DRAG STRIP PROPERTY! but then youy guys knew that. Ther are ####ing volumes of stuff that you dont even have a clue about. The Morroccos were offerd seven figures to drop the project! Myself ,I would have taking the cash and told all you whiners to go build one yourself. And do you know what? The Morroccos would still like to build a place but in the last 7 years property has gone up so much that it would blow their buget Lets face it between the Mexican boarder and Sacramento we've got 1/8 mile Borona & Bakersfeild to run unlimited on. Drag racing is in a great state in the State it started in.And know we have Palmdale and the smoke blown up our asses about how the city neede the facility. Hey I was THERE at the rallys were you ? I wrote about save the track over a year before it's demise in Full Throttle News, my story was in the local paper, just like they wer down in Banning. I just love people who spout off about what they DONT now. I think LACR TIM & JOHN will back me on this one. Were you out ther trying to save our beloved LACR . How about Banning, the ground breaking,events,cousil meetings? I thought not.
