No One In There Right Mind! This Andy Marocco Guy Is Nothing More Than a Small Time Con-Man Who Has Been Making Money For Himself and His Family for Years Now Promising Racers, Investors and the City of Banning a Like That He Was Doing this for the Love of Drag Racing! Here is What the City Atorney of Banning Had to Say. "City Attorney Eric S. Vail told the commissioners they were justified in revoking the permit because it has expired"."Vail also told the commission that Banning Airport Associates(Andy Marco's Group)has not done any meaningful construction on site and that the extension of nearby Barbour Street does not count".

James De Aguilera, a Redlands attorney representing Banning Airport Associates, urged the commission to send Vail back to the table to negotiate with his client. "If the city goes to court over this, it will be taxpayers footing the bill, he said".

"Vail told the commission not to be afraid of the threat of litigation".

I hope the City of Banning does sue him, it would serve him right.
